Email Setup

Email Set Up - Outlook Express 

1.  Access Outlook Express

2.  Click on TOOLS – Top Horizontal Menu

3.  Click on ACCOUNTS – Drop Down Menu

4.  Click on ADD – Right Button

5.  Click on Mail – Right Button

6.  Enter Your Name – As You Wish

                         7.  Enter Email Address:  usernid@ussbrinkleybassdd887.com - Click Next - Note*Use the 'userid' assigned by Email Manager

8.  Set Up Server

1.  Incoming Mail Server – POP3

2.  Incoming Mail – mail.winsave.com

3.  Outgoing Mail – smtp.winsave.com

4.  Click Next

  9.   Account Name – userid_ussbrinkleybassdd887.com – Note*Use the ‘userid’ assigned by Email Manager.  Note*You must include the UNDERSCORE between 'userid' and ussbrinkleybassdd887.com.

10.  Password – your password – Password is assigned by Email Manager

11.  Finish

  Refinement

  If you are on a ‘LAN’, ‘DSL’, Cable Modem’, or other high speed direct connect line, do the following:

1.  Click TOOLS

2.  Click ACCOUNTS

3.  Find this New Account in the ‘List’ of Accounts

4.  Access each of the Top Buttons and Checkout your Set Up

5.  Checkmark and Select Local Area Network

6.  Click Apply

7.  Click OK

8.  Close
