Viewers/Readers Formatting
I have built
and now maintain a number of Web Sites.
As these Web Sites 'Mature', I will be
providing 'Documentation', 'Photo
Collections', 'Old Documents', and 'Various
Historical Information' to those who have
'Collaborated' in the retrieving of
'Content' for the 'Building-Up' of the
'Sites'. 'Formatting' of 'Information'
is now an 'Issue' because 'Delivery' and
'Distribution' must be accomplished by
'Implementing' and 'Using' a number of
different 'Formats'. The following is
a 'List' of various 'Formats' which will be
'Used' in all future 'Delivery' and
'Distribution' of 'Accessible', 'Viewable',
'Savable', and 'Printable' 'Documentation'.
The first
group of 'Formats'
which I will mention are provided by
Microsoft Office Suite. If you have
purchased and use Microsoft Office Standard
or Professional Versions, you are already
prepared to 'Process' 'Documents in these
'Formats'. If perhaps you have not
invested in 'Office', you will require a
'Viewer' which will permit 'Viewing' in the
'Proper Format(s)'. The three which
follow are the most common of 'Microsoft
Formats'.

Excel
3.
Power Point
'Click'
on the following 'Buttons'
to goto Microsoft and the page where you can
'Select' and 'Download' the 'Viewer' of your
choice.
Text is the
common 'Format' used for simple 'Text'.
All printable 'Information' on this page is
in simple 'Text' 'Format'. You can
usually 'Highlight' and then 'Drag and Drop'
plain 'Text'.
The most
common 'Format' used today for
'Documentation' is PDF. Portable
Document Format (PDF) is provided by Adobe
Systems in the form of Acrobat Writer and
Reader. It takes expensive 'Software'
to convert other 'Formats' to PDF. I
will do all 'Conversion' for 'Delivery' and
'Distribution'. The 'Reader' is
'FREE'. In order to 'Process'
'Information' in PDF, you must 'Acquire',
'Install', and 'Use' the PDF Document
Reader. 'Click' on the 'RED' 'Button'
